At Pro Collect Shop, we're committed to getting your awesome collectibles to you quickly and safely! We strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible.

Processing Time:

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • In some cases, processing may take slightly longer for high-demand items or during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs and budget, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.
  • Shipping1 costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose.
  • You can view the available shipping options and costs during checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We are exploring options for international shipping in the future.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Packaging:

  • We take great care in packaging your collectibles to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
  • Trading cards are typically shipped in protective top loaders and/or card savers, then placed in rigid mailers or bubble mailers to prevent damage during transit.
  • Larger items may be shipped in boxes with appropriate packing materials.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, occasionally, shipments may get lost or damaged in transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • For lost shipments, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
