- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- In some cases, processing may take slightly longer for high-demand items or during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
- We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs and budget, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.
- Shipping1 costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose.

Packaging:
- We take great care in packaging your collectibles to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
- Trading cards are typically shipped in protective top loaders and/or card savers, then placed in rigid mailers or bubble mailers to prevent damage during transit.
- Larger items may be shipped in boxes with appropriate packing materials.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, occasionally, shipments may get lost or damaged in transit.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging.
- For lost shipments, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
